Consultative Engineering And Construction Services - Consulting Service For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Compliance Assessment Of An Investment Project For The Construction Of Internal Technical Infrastructure Of The Sliven Industrial Park, Northern Zone. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Consultancy Service For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision And Compliance Assessment Of An Investment Project For The Construction Of Internal Technical Infrastructure Of The Sliven Industrial Park, Northern Zone. Activities Included In The Scope Of The Order The Scope Of This Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1.Preparation Of A Report On Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Work Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut For The Site Under This Order And, If Necessary, Its Amendments Under Art. 154, Para. 5 Of The Zut And Drawing Up A Report; The Scope Of The Activity Includes The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Work Project, Which Should Be Carried Out As A Comprehensive Report On The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zut, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Contractor Should Present To The Contracting Authority The Final Product In Bulgarian, Including A Prepared Comprehensive Assessment Report On Compliance With The Essential Requirements For Construction For The Work Project In 3 (Three) Originals And In 1 (One) Copy On Electronic Media. 2. Implementation Of A Consulting Service For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Under Art. 166 Of The Zut Of The Object Under The Order Sub-Activities Included In The Scope Of The Order After Completion Of The Smr, Preparation And Signing Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut And §3 Of The Dr Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works; Within A Period Of Up To 10 (Ten) Days After The Completion Of The Cmr Of The Object, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare The Technical Passport Of The Construction According To Art. 176 B, Para. 1 Of Zut; ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​On Behalf Of The Contracting Party, Carry Out The Necessary Actions For Putting The Site Into Operation Until Obtaining A Permit For Use; Within 10 (Ten) Days After The Issuance Of The Last Document By The Specialized State Control Authorities, Upon Expiry Of The Period For The Execution Or Termination Of The Contract Under This Order, The Contractor Must Provide The Contractor With All Documents Related To The Activities Performed By Him Under The Contract Or Provided To Him In Connection With The Construction Of The Site.
