Civil Engineering Consultancy Services – Offer Of Framework Agreement Regarding Client Advice And Technical Advice Regarding Marina City. This Tender Includes Client Advice Regarding The Establishment Of Marina City And Technical Advice In Connection With Marine Facilities, Marina City In Kolding. The Consultants Task Includes, But Is Not Limited To: The Client Advice Will Include A Very Broad Spectrum Of Services (Cf. Yb Bygherrerådgivning 2019). The Project Is Still Partially In The Planning Phase, But On Its Way To The Execution Phase, Which Will Probably Last Until Around 2030. Cf. Yb Bygherrerådgivning 2019, The Advice Will Primarily – But Not Only – Include Services Within:2. Client Advice For Construction In Specialist, Large Or Main Contracts3. Client Advice For Turnkey Construction7. Other Services The Technical Advice Will Consist Of Advisory Services In Connection With The Marine Construction Works. This Is Understood As Work On Or In Connection With The Current Water Areas. This May Be Dredging Work, Damming Work, Infilling Work, Pier Construction, Bridge Construction, Piling Construction, Supply And Adaptation Of The Harbour. Almost All The Marine Facilities Have Already Been Designed, Tendered And There Are Preliminary Construction Contracts For This. Some Smaller Marine Construction Contracts Regarding Supply And Accommodation Are In The Process Of Planning, Tendering, Awarding Etc. The Consultancy Services Will Therefore Predominantly - But Not Only - Consist Of The Service Phases After The Implementation Project (Cf. Yb Anlæg 2019), I.E.:7. Execution8. Delivery9. Other Services In Addition, Relevant Services In Relation To As Performed (Cf. Yb As Performed 2022), Working Environment Coordination (Cf. Yb Arbejdsmiljøcoordinating 2023) And Sustainability Services (Cf. Sustainability Services 2022). Refer To Section 3 Of The Framework Agreement As Well As The Appendices Mentioned Therein. Reference Is Also Made To The Detailed Description In The Tender Conditions And The Tender Material. 1, It Is Noted In Relation To The Tendered Task/Company That Kolding Municipality Requires The Consultant To Include Environmental And/Or Climate Considerations When Implementing The Tendered Framework Agreement. Reference Is Made To The Framework Agreement (Appendix **) And Yb Addendum On Sustainability Services 2022 (Appendix **). It Is Noted That The Ordering Party Has Assessed That The Tendered Task/Company Cannot Be Divided Into Several Contracts. This, Given The Complexity Of The Task, Intersections And The Coordination With Authorities (Municipality), Will Make It Disproportionately Difficult To Be Several Advisers. Therefore, The Ordering Party Has Assessed That The Task Can Only Be Solved Adequately And Justifiably By Tendering One Framework Agreement
