The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Installation Of 237 New Ultrasonic Calorimeters, Including A Module For Remote Wireless Reading, And The Supply And Installation Of 5,293 New Heating Cost Distributors (Indicators) With An Integrated Module For Radiators In Objects Owned By The Contracting Authority For The Purpose Of Accounting For The Supplied Heat Between Tenants Of Individual Residential And Non-Residential Premises. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of 3,550 Ultrasonic Water Meters, Including The Supply Of Seals For Water Meters, Assembly And Preparation Of The Assembly Protocol. Water Meters Must Be Equipped With Communication Modules For Remote Wireless Reading. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Creation Of All Assembly Protocols, The Passporting Of Radiators In Order To Determine The Power Coefficient For Individual Rtns, The Supply And Installation Of Any Necessary Outdoor Reading Antennas For Remote Meter Reading. At The Same Time, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Regular Annual Accounting Of Heat Costs In Accordance With Applicable Legislation. The Client Requests That The Data Collected By Individual Calorimeters, Rtn And Water Meters Be Automatically Transferred To An Internet Application, To Which The Client Will Have Unlimited Access, And The Selected Supplier For Apartment Buildings Will Ensure Regular Annual Billing Of Heat Costs (Heating Of Central Heating). Calculation Of The Costs Of Hot And Cold Water Is Not The Subject Of This Public Contract And Is Carried Out By The Contracting Authority Himself. The Internet Application Must Also Be Accessible To Individual Tenants On The Basis Of Assigned Access Passwords In Order To Fulfill The Obligation Imposed By The Legislation From 1 January 2024 And To Ensure The Availability Of Regular Information On The Detected Consumption Of Heat And Water, Including An Overview Of How The Apartment Compares To The Average Consumption Of The Whole House.
