Scope of work to be completed with cost included: Existing 2 Nos of 24U racks (600 x 1000) needs to be decommissioned and replaced with same number of 12 U network racks (to be supplied). The two network Racks shall be cross connected with 4 Runs of UTP cable (already laid). Upon completion of this rack swapping activity end to end testing of the Passive LAN cabling is to be performed (Both ends of all the cables run with the same room) and testing report should be furnished. Recovering all hard disk drives and DIMM RAM modules installed within the computers and packing them in a large corrugated box.3. Packing each removed computer after wrapping it in a bubbled plastic wraps in separate corrugated boxes labelled with the desktop part number, model number and serial number.4. The job work is inclusive of the required packaging material. No additional payments will be made whatsoever over and above all inclusive lump-sump price quoted.5. Relocating and stock-piling the packed items to store room (within the campus – 400 Mtr. Approximate distance) as per the directions of the IISER Pune, Engineer In-charge.(Rate is inclusive of cost of all operations, material labour, transport, all taxes, GST ,etc. and nothing extra shall be payable).
