Norway Will Be The Host Country For A Single International Un Conference In June 2025, Where A Number Of Ministers And Top Leaders From All Over The World Are Expected To Participate. The Internet Governance Forum (Igf) Will Be The Largest Un Meeting Ever Held In Norway. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Cover The Ministrys Needs For Technical Production For The Event. The Conference Runs Over Five Days And Brings Together 3,000-4,000 Physical Participants And A Corresponding Number Of Digital Participants From All Over The World. The Event Will Be Led By The Ministry Of Digitalization And Administration (Dfd), And Is A Collaborative Project Between Dfd, The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs (Ud), The Ministry Of Trade And Fisheries (Nfd) And The Ministry Of Culture And Equality (Kud). The Procurement Concerns Planning, Rigging And Implementation Of Technical Production For The Event. This Includes Sound, Lighting, Stage, Av, Camera Production, Stream And Technical Staffing. The Supplier Must Be Responsible For Complete Technical Production In Connection With The Event. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is From Nok 7,000,000 Excl. Vat To Nok 25,000,000 Excl. Vat Including Options. Of The Estimated Value, Options Are Estimated At 7,000,000 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not Binding On The Client. Additional Work Beyond What Appears In The Assignment Description In Appendix 1 May Be Relevant. This Could Apply, For Example, To Social Events, Technical Equipment For Fairs Or Other Relevant Deliveries In Connection With Production. The Client Thus Reserves The Option For Additional Purchases Within The Financial Framework And Time Frame If Necessary. For A Detailed Description Of The Delivery, See Appendix 1 To The Agreement.
