Activities Included In The Scope Of The Order The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of A Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Work Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut For The Site Under This Order And, If Necessary, Its Amendments Under Art. 154, Para. 5 Of The Zut And Drawing Up A Report; The Scope Of The Activity Includes The Assessment Of Compliance Of The Investment Work Project, Which Should Be Carried Out As A Comprehensive Report On The Essential Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zut, Subject To Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 5 Of The Zut. 2) Implementation Of A Consulting Service For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Under Art. 166 Of The Zut Of The Object Under The Contract. Deadlines For Execution: - The Deadline For Preparing A Report For Assessing The Compliance Of The Work Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut Is Up To 7 (Seven) Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Project, Which The Contractor Should Provide To The Contractor, Certified By A Signed Transmission-Acceptance Protocol Between Them; - The Deadline For Providing A Consulting Service For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Under Art. 166 Of The Zut Begins To Run From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Site Construction Permit Until The Site Is Put Into Operation And A Use Permit Is Issued.
