Technical Assistance, Assembly And Disassembly Of The Events Of The Department Of Economy And Finance Outside The Facilities Of The Administrative District, As Well As The Adaptation According To The Requirements Of Each Event. The Service Includes The Creation Of Scenography, Sound, Lighting And Streaming Of The Events, As Well As The Supply Of The Necessary Material And Infrastructure. The Events Referred To In The Subject Of This Contract Are Of A Diverse Nature: Press Conferences, Meetings, Institutional Presentations And Other Events Of A Similar Nature That Take Place Outside The Administrative Districts Facilities. The Purpose Of This Contract Will Entail The Provision Of The Following Actions: A) The Technical Coordination Of The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Acts, As Well As The Resolution Of Any Incident That May Occur, Derived From The Aforementioned Works. B) The Coordination Of The Logistics Necessary To Carry Out The Acts, Especially When Other Suppliers Intervene. C) The Graphic Productions And Pop-Up Type Infrastructure Or Similar Necessary For The Visual Communication And Corporate Image Of The Institutional Events.D) The Assembly And Editing Of The Audio And Video Signals Of The Audiovisual Events In Order To Supply The Edited Signal To The Media, Both Live And Delayed.E) The Assembly And Disassembly Of The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment Depending On The Nature Of The Event. F) The Assembly, Disassembly And Technical Control Of The Sound And Lighting Equipment, And Audiovisual And/Or Multimedia Necessary For The Development Of Events, As Well As The Control Of Equipment And Computer Programs When Images And Digital Presentations Must Be Projected.
