Tenders are invited for Request for Tender (Rft) Dps25000618- Portable Cameras and Accessories Close Date & Time: 9-Dec-2024 2:00 pm (ACT Local Time) ATM Type: Request for Tender Timeframe for Delivery: Please refer to RFT documentation for further information Description: The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks to engage a resourced Supplier to provide new portable cameras which are Ultra-High Definition (UHD) (4K) capable, as the current suite of cameras are reaching end of life. The Department is seeking a minimum of 10 cameras under this activity and is looking to procure a mix of Electronic News Gathering (ENG), Electronic Field Production (EFP) and Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras (the Goods) DPS is seeking 4K capable devices under the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) standards, and the devices will need to be compatible with the current 11mm Triaxial cable (Fischer Type) infrastructure via an adaptor or alternate means, noting the current infrastructure is running high-definition serial digital interface (HD-SDI).
