The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula: Reconstruction Of An Open Water Reservoir In Włoszakowice Together With Accompanying Infrastructure In Order To Increase Water Retention In Rural Areas And Counteract The Effects Of Drought, In Accordance With The Developed Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu). Pfu, In Particular, Includes: 1) Preparation Of A Construction Design (Pzt, Pab, Pt) Along With Specifications, Cost Estimates, Required Permits And Arrangements, And Obtaining Maps For Design Purposes - In Accordance With Pfu; 2) Performance Of Necessary Measurement Works, Provision Of Surveying Services For The Investment And Carrying Out A Post-Construction Inventory - In Accordance With The Ffu; 3) Carrying Out Construction Works Based On Completed Designs, In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Reinforcements Of The Reservoir Shoreline Made Of Fascine Together With The Disposal Of Materials Obtained From Demolition - Length Of The Shoreline 550 Linear Meters; B) Earthworks – Deepening The Reservoir By Collecting A Layer Of Silt Up To 1.0 Meters Thick, Together With The Removal And Management Of The Excavated Material In The Dump - Reservoir Area 2,750 M2, C) Strengthening The Foot Of The Reservoir Slope - Fascine Pipe Ø 30 Centimeters, Length Of The Reinforcements 550 Running Meters; D) Strengthening Made Of Riprap In Grids At The Mouth Of The Inflow Ditch To The Reservoir - Length Of The Reinforced Section 5 Meters, Stone Layer Thickness 20 Centimeters, Type Of Filling - Field Stone, Reinforcement Area 15 M2; E) Demolition Of Existing Water Gates Along With Disposal Of Materials Obtained From Demolition - 2 Pieces .4) Delivery And Installation Of Water Valves With Gate Valves And Exhaust Mechanisms Based On Completed Designs - 2 Pieces;5) Provision Of Water Pumping Services With A Combustion Pump - 946 Engine Hours;6) Performance Of Necessary Works Related To The Preparation, Protection And Restoration Of The Investment Area - In Accordance With Pfu;7) Obtaining Documents/Permits Necessary To Commence Use - In Accordance With The Pfu.
