Services For Thermal Building Physics, Building Acoustics, Room Acoustics And Noise Emission Protection For An Institute Building With A Clean Room (700M²), Laboratories And Offices As A New Building For The Fraunhofer Institute Emft In Garching And A Parking Garage As An Early Measure As Part Of A Grant Measure According To Rzbau. The Construction Project Is To Be Built At Lichtenbergstrasse 17 In 85748 Garching. There Are Other Existing Buildings On The Fraunhofer Societys Property. However, The Planned New Building Will Stand Alone As A Separate Building. The New Building Is A New Building Complex With Around 3,400 M² For A Clean Room, Technical Center, Measuring Rooms, Laboratories, Workshops And Storage Areas. An Additional 1,800 M² Is Earmarked For Office Space, Providing Office Workspaces For 150 People. In Addition, A Parking Garage Must Be Planned That Provides Parking Spaces For The Entire Property.
