In Order To Eliminate These Potential Threats To Stability And To Ensure That The Building Can Be Used With Minimal Settlement, Additional Foundation Bodies Would Have To Be Constructed Beneath The Spree-Side Wall And In The Transition Area Of The Street-Side Wall. In Connection With Undetectable Scour Protection, Technologies/Procedures That Minimize The Temporary Loss Of Stability Due To Execution Must Be Used In This Area.
