Architectural Advisory Services – Project Management Assistance In Building Information Modeling (Bim) In Public High Schools In The Provence Alpes Côte D’Azur Region. The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5, R2162-1 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). The Contract Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Partly At A Global And Fixed Price, And Partly At A Framework Agreement Setting Out All The Contractual Stipulations (Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders) And At Unit Prices With A Single Successful Bidder. The Market Includes A Firm Tranche And An Optional Tranche. Fixed-Price Part: As Part Of This Contract, 5 Phases Are Defined As Follows: Firm Phase: - Phase 1: Project Bim Audit - Phase 2: Operational Bim Audit - Phase 3: Assistance In Defining A Bim Strategy - Phase 5: Redesign Bim Graphic And Digital Charters Optional Phase - Phase 4: Drafting Of Bim Documentation Part With Purchase Orders This Part With Purchase Orders, Concerning Assistance Services In The Conduct Of Operations For Bim Operations According To The Bpu Prices Described In Chapter 6 Of This Cctp. The Contract Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 150,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Annually
