Main Service B) Operation, Support, Maintenance And Further Development Main Service C) Cooperation With Both The Customer And The Customers Other Suppliers. By Main Service A. Development Of Ils, Including Establishment Of Necessary Platforms And Preparation For The Operational Phase., The Supplier Must Complete A Clarification Phase, A Development Phase That Establishes The Ils In Accordance With The Presented Requirements Specification. In Addition, The Supplier Must Establish The Assumption Of Responsibility For The Ongoing Services. By Main Service B. Operation, Support And Maintenance, As Well As Subsequent Further Development. Operation, Support And Maintenance Must Follow The Customers Requirements And Meet Predefined Service Targets Ad Main Benefit C Cooperation The Supplier Must Cooperate With The Customer, Who Is A Public Authority, And Cooperate With The Customers Other Suppliers Of Both Infrastructure And Other Systems, In Connection With Operation And Maintenance Of The Overall It Infrastructure For The It System Ils, Including When Handling Incidents, Handling Changes, Service Requests And Service Windows. The Primary Other Supplier Is Statens It. The Customer Expects To Publish A Limited Offer On 14 December 2024. The Contract Length Is Expected To Be 4 Years With Options For A Further 3*1 Years.
