framed guard bars; barried iron door;ladders;framed balustars; walk ways; railings; framed work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed 19 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc.including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4 ) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 24 Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 26 Supply only galvanised iron wire using hot dip technology electrogalvanised coating chain link fencing wire mesh of size 75mm X 75mm having minimum dia of wire 3 mm conforming to IS 2712-2003 having a tensile strength of 400 to 500 MPa. The mesh wire and line wire of the fabric shall be manufactured from ISI marked (Make- TATA wireon) galvanized steel conforming to IS-280:2006 (4th Rivision). The kunckled ends should be atleast 50% of the size of square mesh. The wires used in fencing should be long lasting and resistance to corrosion and testing criteria fulfill the requirement as per IS 1161:1998 complete all as specified and directed. 27 Supply only Mild Steel Round Bar 8-10mm dia as in Stiffener to Chain Link Fencing including necessary Cutting, Bending, etc., conforming to Grade-I, IS-432 , complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw other .and each screw end to be fixed with washers and nut exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surface over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface of any description, n.exc 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 30 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed. 33 M&L for 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles of approved size, set, jointed and pointed using with grey cement and pigment in floors, pavings etc including the setting and jointing in neat cement plaster or slurry 0.3 kg/sqm over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as per specification. 34 Laying only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60 mm thick of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 35 M&L for red bajri / clinker filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed. 36 Demolition ofcement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for Use and Waste of Formwork(steel plate stiffened with steel angles, steel pipe scaffolding telescopic or otherwise) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 38 M&L for RCCtype B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 39 M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end binding with binding wire and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 40 All as per item No 39.00 mentioned above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed. 41 M&L for removal and cleaning of vegetation on fencing/security walls and removal of small plantsof girth exc 5.0 cm and n.exc 30 cm including root from RCC/Brick/concrete surfaces up to a distance of 1.20 meter, pouring of chemical over rootof plant surface and cleaning the area by removing/throwing the debris/vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed. 42 S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in weep holes etc incl taking down old pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
