Shifting of the same to the new proposed location of approx 3Km with the help of hydra and suitable load carrying vehicle and placing the same on a new platform with the help of hydra. Making the connections of HT cable, LT cable and earthing strip complete including testing and commissioning of transformer complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Material and labour for brick masonry transformer platform of size 1.5m x 1.5m with height 1.2m above GL, cement concrete in foundation of PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 1:3:6 PCC block masonry in cement mortar 1:4, moorum filling sand consolidating inside the brick work, sub base concrete with PCC 1:3:6 and 100mm thick top PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate and 15mm thick (1:4)cement plaster on side walls including two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 31 Takingdown existing diesel generating set of capacity 30KVA from the existing platform with the help of hydra by disconnecting the existing LT cables and earthing after taking proper shutdown from the department. Shifting of the same to the new location of approx 3KM with the help of hydra and suitable load carrying vehicle and placing the same on a new platform with the help of hydra. Making the connections of LT cable and earthing strip complete including testing and commissioning of DG set complete all as specified and as directed. 32 Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning. (Make Bajaj Cat No. BGAV 302 LED or equivalent as given in PS and as approved by GE) 52 S&F DP MCB 6 A with enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. 53 Supply and fix time switches 250 V single Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. 54 SMART PREPAID METER Design, installation, testing, commissioning, integrate and maintain the Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) Comprising of following:-(a) Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of smart meter AC single phase, two wire, 240 volts, 50Hz, 10 to 60 amps of different makes (not more than 33% of a particular make to ensure interchangeability at a later date as per BIS 16444 with communication technology including GPRS / RF / Hybrid (GPRS+RF) any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulations).(b) Supply / planning / setup/ tuning of RF communication infrastructure including Network Management (NMS) & Head End system (HES) for the project area. AMI software and associated equipment should be capable of handling atleast 10000 number of meters of different makes as per BIS 16444 with 25% expansion without any additional infrastructure and cost implication to MES.(c) Supply and setup of Meter Data Management (MDM) System.(d) Integrationof different devices of different makes/equipment/software covered in scope of this project with each other as per functional requirement, including water charges, furniture and license fee. 55 (e) Integration/ interface of the AMI system with application system like metering/billing/collection, interface has to be provided in the proposed solution to upload and process meter data from these systems.(f) Server for housing and management of supplied software application with Standby server (OR) hosting the system to government community cloud in place of server for hosting and management of supplied software application with standby server.(g) Planning, deployment & tuning of communication system including cellular network (if required) to meet the performance requirements.(h) Business intelligence, Analytics and Reporting.(j) Taking down & Return of dismantled materials to MES Store.(k) Training and knowledge transfer.(l) All expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator from installation till completion. 56 Schedule "A" Part - XIV (Comprehensive operation including required manning of AMI system)Comprehensive operation and maintenance of AMI system including project implementation & management, all expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing and maintenance, for a period of 2 years post completion of work i.e Defects Liability Period.
