Tenders are invited for Supply of Computers, Computer Accessories, Computer Spare Parts, Computer Printing Inks and Computer Ribbons A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000.00 should be paid to the Shroff Division of the hospital for registration of one item and the receipt obtained should be attached and submitted with the self prepared application as per the specimen given below. Payments may be made to the Shroff Division of this office between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 25.10.2024 until 03.12.2024. Money Orders or Cheques will not be accepted under any circumstance. Applicants finding it difficult to call over at this office to make the payments may credit the relevant amount to Account No. 7040217 maintained at the Supra Grade Branch of Bank of Ceylon in favour of Director, Teaching Hospital, Ratnapura before 03.12.2024. (Relevant Bank slip should be definitely attached and submitted with the application.) Last date for depositing money will be 03.12.2024 and the institutions that deposit the money after that date will not be taken into consideration under any circumstance. All applications should be sent by registered post and the hand delivered applications should be deposited in the Procurement Box kept in the Office of the Director. The caption Registration of Suppliers for Year 2025 should be mentioned on the left hand top corner of the envelope containing the application.
