The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Created For The Delivery Of Various Types Of Medical Devices And Consumables For The Needs Of The Dr. Stoycho Hristov Eood Hospital - Surgical Needles, Threads, Syringes, Catheters, Probes, Intubation Tubes, Cannulas, Drains, Masks, Balloons For Ventilation, Dressings, Hernia Sheets, Gloves, Surgical Instruments, Operating Sheets, Apparatus Paper, Foils, Aprons, Etc. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Lifetime To Any Candidate Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties. All Candidates Who Meet The Selection Criteria Are Included In The Dsp. The Term Of The Dsp Is 36 Months, And More Specifically Until The Specified Date Of Operation Of The Dsp In The Cais Eop. The Period Of Validity Of The Dsp Can Be Changed. The Term Of The Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of The Limited Orders Within The Framework Of The Dsp Is For A Period Of Up To 12 /Twelve/ Months. Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications – 25.11.2024. Review Of Initial Applications For Participation Will Take Place Within 10 Working Days Of The Deadline For Submission Of Initial Applications. The Term For Consideration Of The Initial Application In Case Of Difficulties Can Be Expected To Be Extended Up To 30 Days. Applications May Also Be Submitted After The Deadline For Submitting Initial Applications, In Which Case Applicants Will Receive Invitations After Being Approved For Inclusion In The Dsp. After Each Examination Of The Applications, The Contracting Authority Issues A Selection Decision, With Which The Qualified Suppliers Join The Dsp. After The Entry Into Force Of The Selection Decision, A Second Stage Of The Procedure Follows/Collection Of Bids Under Specific Invitations/: During The Validity Of The Dsp, The Contracting Authority Will Announce Limited Procedures. For This Purpose, The Procuring Entity Will Send An Invitation To Tender For A Specific Public Procurement To Those Suppliers Who Have Been Qualified/Admitted. The Offers Contain A Technical And Price Proposal. After Entry Into Force Of The Decision To Select The Contractor/S, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract/S For Awarding The Delivery Of The Relevant Medical Devices.
