Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 500,000.00 Birr Interested eligible bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language from AAU, AAIT ARCE which is located at 5 Killo St. King George IV Street, in front National Museum at Samsung building office number 135 against a nonrefundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred bin) only. Bidders are expected to submit a certificate of satisfactory execution of contracts, manufacturer authorization later audited financial statement and other documents as p requested in the bidding document. The bid document shall be submitted to AAU, AAIT, ARCE which is located at 5 Killo St. King George IV Street, in front of the National Museum at Samsung building office number 135, before December 05, 2024, at 10:00 AM (4:30 local time). Late bids shall be rejected and returned to bidders without opening. Bid shall be opened at Addis Ababa Institutes of Technology African Railway Center of Excellence Samsung building, 1st Floor, Room no 135 in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who they choose to attend on December 05, 2024, at 10:30 AM (4:30 local time). The delivery period is 150 days. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Addis Ababa Institutes of Technology African Railway Center of Excellence and inspect the bidding document at the address provided below. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security with an amount of birr 500,000.00 in the form of CPO or Unconditional bank Guarantee.
