Preparation :- Throughly brush and clean all laitance, loose particles such as dirt, grease, mortar droppings, release agents, efflorescence, bird droppings, etc all large voids and hallow portions must be removed and re-plastered non moving cracks having width upto 5mm must be filled with polymer based crack filler.2. with burnt bricks old size bricks, with width equal to the width of the brick; liad dry on end verticallycomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 33 Material and labour for creating fillet caving 50 x 50 mm with ploymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall as per manufacture insructions, M & L providing for applying two coats of two components (1 Part Liquid : 2 Part powder) ready to use cemetitious waterproof cating on properly perepared surface by brush having elongation of >50% for the applying water proofing treatment as per following and complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (i)Applying 1st coat of two components modified polymer coating on horizontal and vertical surfaces.(ii)Applying of glasses fiber mess of 2x2 mm immediately on alone coating. (iii) Applying 2nd coat of two components modified polymer coating after 72 hrs on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Note :Complete treatment to be carried out by authorized applicator of water proofing manufactures Make : Dr fixit/Forsroc/BASF/STP 34 M&Lfor PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors/bottom and side of drain complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. 35 Dismantling of Brick tiles in floor or roof laid dry and pointed in cement mortercomplete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge. 36 Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 37 M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 38 M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:-(a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching.(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk. 39 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, and like rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 40 Material and labour for repair to damage RCC coloumns/Beam/Slab/Chajja by using micro mortar and concrete in Following Stages :-(a)Removing the mortar and loose concrete from RCC elements.(b)Cleaning the rusted reinforcements and applying rust removal.(c)Inserting the addl reinforcements in case the coves sectional area reduction is more than 20 percent by welding the reinforcement with existing bars and supporting adequate on walls if reqiurd with grout.(d)Providing micro mortar and concrete over bond coat to cover the reinforcements and steel surface.(e)Providing adequate formwork and scaffolding if required.(f) Curing the surface.Note :- (i)Rust removal, bonding agent, grout, micro mortar and concrete and related chemicals shall be of Dr Fixit/BASF and STP(ii) Work is to be got executed from authorised applicator of the company.(iii)Steel reinforment shall be measured and paid separately 41 Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. meach with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed. 42 Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed. 43 Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed.(Note:- Refixing includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.) 44 Supply and fixing of Fibre glass Reinforced plastic (FRP)door frame of required colour of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single ribate of 32mm x 15mm to recieve shutter of 30mm thick includinglaminated door frame moulded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped strand mat(CSM) also door frame laminated shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd class hard wood, frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides.
