Construction Project Management Services – New Construction Of Ist Test Hall - Project Management. The Institute For Solar Energy Research Gmbh, Hameln/Emmerthal (Isfh) Is Recognized As An Affiliated Institute Of The Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University Of Hanover And Conducts Applied Research And Development In The Field Of The Use Of Solar Energy As Well As Associated Consulting And Training Activities. The Institute Has Been Located In The Municipality Of Emmerthal, Ohr District, Corridor 2, Parcel 2/3 Since 1993. On The Institutes Premises (32,000 M²), The Isfh Currently Operates Four Research Buildings With A Total Usable Area Of 7,500 M² As Well As Further Test Stands And Experimental Setups On The Open-Air Site. The Site Is Divided Into Two Construction Areas. The Main Building And A Research Hall Are Located On The Eastern Building Carpet. This Construction Carpet Is Completely Exhausted. On The Western Construction Carpet There Is A Semi-Detached House (Test Houses) From 1990 And A Research Hall For Integrated Solar System Technology (Iss) From 2013 (Completion). Development Concept As Part Of A Feasibility Study In 2010, The Maximum Structural Expansion On The Am Ohrberg Property Was Examined Under Building Law. With The Completion Of The Iss Research Hall (620 M² Usable Area / 5.00 M Height), The First Expansion Stage Was Realized. Due To Increased Research Tasks, The Existing Research Infrastructure Is To Be Expanded In Order To Be Able To Increase Research And Development In The Two Areas Of Efficient Heat Pumps And Sustainable Photovoltaic Modules In The Future. The R&D Topics Both Serve To Integrate Solar System Technology Into The Existing Energy Supply System. Therefore, The Abbreviation Ist Is Used For The New Research Building. As Part Of The Ist Project, Another Independent Two-Story Hall Building With At Least 1,300 M2 Of Usable Space Is To Be Built On The Isfh Site, Which Will Be Used To Set Up A Technical Center For Research And Development On Heat Pumps (Hp) As Well As Research Into Manufacturing Processes And The Measurement Of Innovative, Individual And Sustainable Photovoltaic (Pv) Products. For This Purpose, As Part Of The Construction Project Planned Here, A Second Research Building Is To Be Built On The Western Construction Carpet, The Existing Hall (Iss), Which Was Built In 2013 To Investigate The Interaction Of Solar And Non-Solar Components In The System. However, The Above-Mentioned Semi-Detached House (Test Houses) Stands On The Intended Building Site. Due To The Building Regulations (Construction Carpet Must Not Be Exceeded), This Existing Building (500 M² Of Usable Space) Must Be Dismantled And Disposed Of As Part Of The Planned New Building In Order To Create The Necessary Building Space For A New Research Hall (Ist). The New Research Hall (Ist) Should Also Be Connected To The Existing Research Hall (Iss), At Least In Terms Of Supply Technology, In Order To Achieve The Greatest Possible Synergies Between The Existing Buildings And The New Building. The Planning Should Be As Large As Possible
