Transport Systems Consultancy Services – Supervision For The Implementation And Completion Of The Ruic Procurement Contract No. 51/19.12.2023 Which Has As Its Object The Purchase Of 20 New Interregional Frames, Called Re-Ir2 And The Purchase Of The Maintenance And Repair Services Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Trains. Railway Reform Authority - A.R.F. Intends To Purchase Supervision Services For The Implementation Of Purchase Agreement No. No. Ruic 51/19.12.2023, To Which The Additional Act No. 1/19.12.2023 Was Concluded, Which Has As Its Object The Delivery Of 20 New Interregional Frames, Called Re-Ir2 And The Purchase Of The Maintenance And Repair Services Necessary For The Operation Of The Respective Trains ” With The Mention That The Quantity Can Be Supplemented With Another 9 (Nine) Re-Ir2 By Additional Act. The Main Duties Of The Supervisor Are Specified In Art. 2.2 Letter B Of Contract No. Ruic 51/19.12.2023, Concluded Between The Authority For Railway Reform - As Beneficiary And Pojazdy Szynowe Pesa Bydgoszcz Spolka Akcyjna.) - As Supplier, Being The Following: A) Issues Provisions To The Supplier, Related To The Development Of Contract No. Ruic 51/19.12.2023 According To The Obligations Assumed, On Behalf Of Arf, Only With Its Prior Approval; B) Check The Pace Of Fulfillment Of The Delivery Schedule, With The Mention That The Quantity Can Be Supplemented With Another 9 (Nine) Re-Ir2 By Additional Act To The Supply Contract No. 51/19.12.2023; C) Verify Compliance With The Quality Of Products And Maintenance Services; D) Reject Products And Maintenance Services That Prove Not To Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Supply Contract No. Ruic 51/19.12.2023; E) Participate And Provide Support In Tests, Inspections, Checks, Measurements As Well As In Reception Procedures; F) Measure The Quantities Of Products Actually Delivered And The Distance In Km Traveled For The Purpose Of Paying For The Maintenance Services And Evaluate Them In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; G) Analyze, Issue Points Of View And Approve, As The Case May Be, The Suppliers Documents; H) Check The Invoices Issued By The Supplier, Regarding The Reality Of The Invoiced Deliveries/Services And Their Compliance With The Provisions Of The Contract; I) Issue Decisions In Case Of Disputes Between The Contracting Authority And The Supplier. J) Assists The Contracting Authority In The Reception Procedures.
