and making good disturbed surface of wall/ceiling etc., all as specified and directed. 2 Taking down main switch/MCB DB/AC enclosure/Three phase enclosure by disconnecting the electric supply all as directed at site. 3 Taking down old XLPE cable of any size up to 25 Sqmm from wall/ceiling/truss/duct by disconnecting the electrical connection and descrewing the saddle clips/clamps and keeping aside to reuse the same after ceiling work complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for point wiringof complete with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size (Nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLS in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all accessories such as TEE, bend,elbow,reducers,sockets and junction boxes etc, concealed sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of reqd size of thickness 1.6 mm factory made and painted with stove enameled black paint and bituminous coat of external portion to prevent the rust with top cover 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet of required colour fixed with brass screws and cup washer including 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable of green colour as earth continuity connected to common earth dolly and all sunk/terminal boxes and each fitting/fixture, all cable ends will be terminated with suiable brass thimbles to prevent the heating of termination to earth dolly with proper crimping of thimbles bottle type and all as specified and directed. 26 S&F in renewal ofVTPN DB,4 way Vertical type,440V,3 phase with rated busbar 250 Amps, double door type , IP-54 protection and mechanical strength IK 09 ,isolated neutral busbar suitable for accomodate MCCB 3/4 pole 415 volts rating upto 250 Amp as a incomer and MCBs as out going ,grouted in walls by using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 etc complete all as specified and directed. 27 S & fix in renewal of MCCB DPX 160 thermal magnetic of 63 Amps 3 pole 16 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz complete including connecting all incoming and outgoing connection by means of suitable size of lugs/thimbles all as specified and directed. 28 Supply and Laying in repair XLPE PVC sheathednsulated LTUG cable , beddedarmoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor 25 Sqmm 4 core laid intrenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles etc complete all as specified and directed. 29 Excavation in trenchesn. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting outin soft/hard soil etc complete all as specified and directed. 30 Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in hard/dense soil after cable are laid and tested etc complete all as specified and directed. 31 Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc.1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for sand filing with clean dry fine sandincluding gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed. Note : punned thickness shall be measused and paid. 33 Supply & Laying sub class "B" briks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L 50 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all fittings such as tee, bend,elbow,reducer, socket etc laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall for protection ofLT UG cable etc complete all as specified and directed. 35 M&L for earthingwith galvanised steel plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mts deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtrs below ground level connected to glavanised iron wire of size 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or
