Tenders are invited for Provision of Multiport Flow Selector Technical Support for Production Facilities. Issue Date: 05/09/2024 14:00 Bid Closing Date: 16/10/2024 14:00 Scope of Work: Service provider shall have Authorization Letter for service from Multiport Flow Selectors OEMs (Emerson / DWELL). The Scope of services shall cover the below activities, but not limited to: · Provide skilled manpower with required spares, instruments and tools for technical support for Major PM and overhaul on a call-off basis. · Perform overhauling including: Seals assembly replacement, ports calibration, diagnosis of faults using dedicated software tools, Multiport Electric Actuator Set up, Plug Seal Adjustment, etc. · Provide genuine spare parts and necessary software to perform the services. · Provide technical procedures & schedule for operation, preventive & routine planned maintenance for Multiport Flow Selectors in compliance with OEM standards. · Emergency trouble shooting support. · Carry out complete leak test to ensure the functionality of each multiport valve. · Provide onsite training and guidance to PetroChina staff Tender Link : https://eprocurement.petrochina-hfy.com/
