The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result According To §10E Paragraph 4 Of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, As Amended, Consisting In The Implementation Of Preliminary Activities; In The Processing Of The Necessary Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures; In Ensuring The Requirements Associated With Obtaining A Building Permit; In The Implementation Of Basic Energy-Saving Measures; In The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures; In The Development Of Operating Regulations For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; In Providing Energy Management; In Providing A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Contractually Guaranteed Savings In Order To Achieve An Increase In Energy Efficiency And A Reduction In Operating Costs In The Clients Facilities.
