Quotation Are Invited For Annual Operation & Maintenance Contract Of Grey Water Treatment Plant & Softener System Annual Operation & Maintenanc 1032303452Rfx Description Annual Operation & Maintenance Contract Of Grey Water Treatment Plant & Softener System @ Dewa Academy Building Satwa As Per Attached Specification. 1 Item-00001 Annual Operation & Maintenance Contract Of Grey Water Treatment Plant & Softener System @ Dewa Academy Building Satwa Scope Of Work 1. The Parties Should Visit The Site, And Check The Systems, Assess The Requirement And To Quote Accordingly. 2. The Contractor S Hall Have Maintenance Experience Of Similar Gwtp Plants For A Minimum 5 Years. 3. All Emergency Maintenance/Repair To Be Attended I Mmediately 24X7 Round The Clock 365 Days 4. To Provide Experienced Service Team For Operating And Maintaining The Gwtp & Softener S Ystem On Daily Basis To Ensure The All The Plant Parameters As Per Authority Standards. Plant Shall Be Checked And Serviced On Every Visit To Examine All The Operating Parameters Of The Raw Water And Treated Water. 5. To Submit Daily Operation &Maintenance Log Sh Eets And Carry Out Daily, Weekly And Monthly Preventive Maintenance Of All Equipment Has And Submit The Reports In Prescribed Format . 6. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Maintain The Quality Of The Water Within The Limits Of Dubai Municipality Regulations A Nd Responsible To Obtain Necessary Environmental Clearances From Dm On Regular Basis As Per Requirements. 7. Any Penalty Imposed By Local Authority Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 8. The Contractor Shall Clean The Storage Tanks, Sand Trap As Per Actual Require Ment And Dispose The Sludge And Wastes As Per Local Authority Regulations. 9. To Maintain Adequate Stock Of Spares Subject To Inspe Ction Of Dewa To Reduce Any Downtime During Breakdown. 10. To Test Water Samples Per Month From Dm Approved Laboratory (Raw Water& Treated Water) And Provide Reports. 11. To Supply All Treatment And Odor Control Chemicals, Spare Parts And Consumables As Required For Both Plant. 12. The Contractor Shall Be Responsible To Maintain The Quality Of The Water Within The Limits Of Dubai Municipalit Y Regulations And Scope Of Work Include Coordination / Mandatory To Obtain Necessary Environmental Clearances From Dm Shall Be Inclu Ded In Amc Price. 13. The Contractor Shall Clean The Storage Tanks, Sand Trap As Per Actual Requirement And Dispose The Sludge And W Astes As Per Local Authority Regulations. Maintenance/Cleaning Of All Related Electrical, Plumbing & Installations & Area-Daily. Dee P Cleaning Of All The Areas As Above Shall Be Carried Out On Saturday / Holidays. All Environment-Friendly Cleaning Materials / Equi Pment Has To Be Provided By The Contractor. Repairs To Plant & Equipment: It Will The Objective Of Agreement That Contractor Will Pr Ovides All Labor, Necessary For Maintaining The Equipment In Good Operating Condition, Furnish Remedial Maintenance And Provides A T Eam Engineers To Keep Equipment Working Up To Manufacturer#S Specifications. General Conditions ·#The Contractor At Dewa Work Prem Ises Shall Follow Dewa Safety & Environment Policy, Rules And Regulations During The Contract Period. ·#The Contractor Shall Carry Out Risk Assessment For All His Works. This Risk Assessment Shall Be From Safety As Well As Occupational Health Considerations.
