Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Directional Drilling (Dd), Measurement While Drilling (Mwd) And Logging While Drilling (Lwd) Equipment And Services For Qatarenergy Offshore And Onshore Operations. Bond: 11000000 Qar Fee: 500 Qar Tender Issue Period: 11/05/23 - 17/05/23 Bid Closing Date: 18/06/23 Bond Validity: 15/11/23- (150) Days From The Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 16/10/23- (120) Days From The Bid Closing Date Scope Of Work/Description: As Part Of Onshore And Offshore Drilling Program Qatarenergy Requires Integrated Directional Drilling Services. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Provision Of All Mandatory Directional Drilling Equipment And Services Including Directional Drilling (Dd), Measurement While Drilling (Mwd), Logging While Drilling (Lwd) Services And Petrophysical Evaluations As Per Scope Of Services. Contractor Shall Provide All Contractor Personnel, Supervision, Equipment, Mandatory Tools, Services Required As Specified In The Contract And Each And Every Item Of Expense Necessary For The Provision Of Dd/Mwd/Lwd Equipment And Services For Offshore And Onshore Wells On A Call-Off Basis. Except For Additional Equipment At Qatarenergys Election, No Waiting Time Due To Equipment Shortages Shall Be Allowed. Whenever Lwd/Mwd/Steerable Directional Drilling Equipment Is Required, A Full Back Up Set Of Equipment Shall Also Be Available At The Site. Contractor Shall Provide Detailed Description And Technical Specifications Of The Tools And Equipment And Their Tolerance Ratings In Different Conditions (Such As Temperature, Pressure, Tensile, Torque, Rpm, Gallons Per Minute (Gpm), Dls, Material Grades, Connection Specifications, Dimension And Make Up Torque, Maximum Dogleg Severity For System, All Shock/Vibration/Stick Slip Modes, Allowable Lcm System, Etc.). Contract Duration Shall Be Sixty Three (63) Months Including Initial Mobilization Period Of Three (3) Months, From The Effective Date Of The Contract. Note: A) Tender Documents For The Above Services/Works/Goods Can Be Obtained From The Dates Of Issue Within The Tender Sale Period. Tender Issue Time Ends At 2 Pm (Local Time) Of The Sale Periods End Date.
