All Required Spares And Consumables Will Be In Contractor Scope 1) Disassemble Valve Completely, Clean And Inspect Each Item T Hrough Visual, Measurement, Tests Etc. Whatever Required Confirming Its Worthiness To Reuse. 2) Replace Seat, Do Necessary Machining , Lapping Etc. To Reach Full Sealing Contact. (New Seat Will Provide By Dewa) 3. Replace All Consumables Like O Ring, Gland Seal Rin Gs Packings Etc. 4. Check The Bearings And Replace With New 5. Check Shaft (Spindle) For Corrosion Damages Or Patches And 1 Ea Repair. R Eplace The Spindle In Case The Damage Is Heavy 6. Replace Pins And Locking Nuts As Required 7. Re-Assemble The Valve 8. Complete Ins Pection And Servicing Of Gear Box 8. Carryout Hydro Testing To Confirm Sealing According To Ansib16 104. Hydro Test Shall Be Done In Presence Of Dewa Engineers Deliver To Dewa, J A P S 9. Confirm Satisfactory Operation Performance When The Valve Is Assembled In Po Sition. Any Rectification Required During Online Testing Shall Be Arranged Immediately Once It Is Communicated For Necessary Action.
