Consultative Engineering And Construction Services – Consultancy In The Field Of Execution Management And For The Verification Of The Execution Of Construction Works And Installations Related To The Objective Increasing Economic Efficiency And Railway Safety By Increasing The Level Of Centralization Of Railway Signaling Installations – Lot 4 – Cf Sectors: Lot 4 – Iași And Galați Regional Branches. In Accordance With The Award Documentation And The Specifications, In The Activity Carried Out, The Consultant, In Accordance With The Works Contract, Will Ensure The Role Of Supervisor And Must Mainly Achieve The Following: • Familiarization With The Technical Project Documents That Are The Basis Of The Works Contract, As Well As With The Site Organization/Organizations; • Management Of The Written And Drawn Parts Of The Technical Project And Of The Execution Details Drawn Up By The Contractor; • Checking, Studying And Appropriating The Technical Project Related To The Works. In Particular, For The Specialized Works Included In The Batch Of Specialized Works Signaling Installations, Electronic Centralization, The Consultant Will Coordinate The Activities Specific To The Beginning Period, Will Check And Approve The Technical Project And The Execution Details That Will Be Developed By The Contractor, As Well As The Lists Of Related Quantities, Resulting From This Activity; • Management Of Contracts; • Management Of Complaints And Dispute Resolution Procedures Established By The Works Contract, Including Issuing Notices Of Complaints On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, Whenever The Conditions In This Regard Are Met; • Cost Control, Including In Relation To The Items In The General Estimate That Was The Basis For The Approval By Gd Of The Technical-Economic Indicators Of The Investment; Anticipating And Reporting To The Contracting Authority The Risks Of Cost Overruns, Including At The Item Level Of The General Estimate Of The Work; • Monitoring The Schedule Of The Works, Highlighting The Risks That May Have An Impact On The Duration And/Or Costs Of The Works And Taking/Proposing Measures To Counteract Them; • Analysis Of Situations In Which Gaps Appear In The Work Execution Schedule And Taking/Proposing Measures To Recover The Delays; • Quality Assurance In Accordance With The Romanian Legislation In Force (Legislation In Construction And That Regarding Receptions At The End Of The Works And Final Receptions):  Continuous Supervision On The Site, Quality Control Of All Works, According To The Legislation In Force;  Audit, Continuous Verification And Correlation Of All Activities, On Site, For All Categories Of Works;  Continuous Verification Of How The General Contractor Of The Works Ensures Coordination On The Construction Sites, Reporting Any Problems That Arise In This Regard And Participating With Solutions In Solving These Problems Whenever The Case Will Be;  Participation In The Determining Phases Of The Project, In Installation, Testing And Evaluation, As Well As In The Reception At The End Of The Works And In The Final Reception, With The Elaboration Of A Report In Each Of These Cases;  Verification Together With The Contractor Of The Construction Technical Book, According To The Romanian Legislation In Force, Based On The Constitutive Documents Fumigated By Him And Those In Charge
