1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Preparation Of A Project For The Implementation Of An Emergency Connection For Generators, Including The Modernization Of The Connection To Adapt It To The Szr For The Specialist City Hospital In Toruń At Ul. Batorego 17-19 (Military-Friendly Hospital) And The Nursing And Care Facility In Toruń At Ul. Ligi Polskiej 81.2.Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Connection Of A Transportable, Emergency Power Generator Along With A Hardened Square On The Premises Of Ssm And Zpo For The Location Of The Generator. The Connection Point Is Understood As A Designated And Technically Prepared Location For The Foundation Of A Transportable Generating Unit Together With A Set Of Accompanying Technical Infrastructure Needed For Transport (Equipment And Fuel) And Operation Of The Unit, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Intended Use And Purpose For Which It Is To Be Served.2) The Idea Of Using A Generating Set Is To Ensure The Possibility Of Using Them Both For The Needs Of The Current Operation Of Buildings In Room Conditions, As Well As In The Event Of A Threat And Failure Of Generators Already Operating At The Facilities.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Inventory Of The Condition Of The Existing Electrical Installation Of The Facility That Is The Subject Of The Order, Compliance Of The Actual Condition With The As-Built Design Documentation. Any Discrepancies Should Be Reported To The Ordering Party, But This Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform The Order While Maintaining The Declared Price (It Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of An Additional Scope Of Work).4) As Part Of The Order, An Analysis Of The Noise Propagation And Possible Impact On Other Neighboring Structures Should Be Performed.5) The Design Documentation (Pzt, Pab And Pt) Should Be Agreed With The Fire Protection Expert.6) Before Starting The Construction Project, The Concept Of Land Development Should Be Presented With The Designation Of A Position For Storage Of The Unit And Obtain The Acceptance Of The Proposed Solution From The Ordering Party.7) If Necessary, It Is Necessary To: - Indicate In The Project The Need To Obtain A Permit To Occupy The Road; - Obtain Derogations From The Technical, Construction And Fire Regulations As Well As The Required Expert Opinions.8) The Design Documentation Should Include The Requirements Presented In The Detailed Guidelines Constituting An Annex To The Swz.9) The Developed Subject Of The Contract Should Take Into Account The Requirements And Standards Regarding The Protection, Shaping And Maintenance Of Green Areas On The Construction Site.
