The Scope Of The Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Road Is Presented In Annex No. 11 To Swz. The Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Road Is To Consist In Particular In: • Construction Of An Asphalt Road (Or Paving Stones) 5.0-5.5 M Wide, • Construction Of A Concrete Surface Asphalt Thickness Min. 9 Cm, • Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate, • Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk, • Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, • Construction Of Street Lighting, • Reconstruction/Removal Of Network Conflicts - If Necessary. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Full Documentation For The Issuance Of A Zrid Decision Or A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works, Including 5 Pieces Of Construction Designs, 5 Pieces Of Executive Designs, 3 Pieces Of Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Each Industry, 3 Pieces Of Approved Design Of Permanent Traffic Organization, 2 Pieces Of Bill Of Quantities, 1 Piece Of Geotechnical Documentation, Investor Cost Estimates, Offer Cost Estimates. Additionally, All Documentation Must Be Provided In A Digital Version, On A Cd (The Investor Cost Estimate And The Offer Cost Estimate Should Also Be Provided In A File Version Compatible With Ms Excel). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works, Activities, Industry Arrangements, Zud, Administrative Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision Zrid Or Building Permits Or Notification Of Construction Works. To Calculate The Offer Price, 10 Divisions Should Be Taken Into Account, Should It Be Necessary To Prepare Documentation For Issuing A Zrid Decision. The Offer Must Also Include The Price For Dividing One Plot. The Final Price Will Be Settled Based On The Actual Number Of Divisions Performed. If There Is No Need To Perform Divisions Or To Perform Them In A Smaller Or Larger Number Than Assumed In The Offer Form, The Value Of The Actual Divisions Will Be Deducted Or Added From The Offer Price. - Completion Of The Order Is Deemed To Be The Provision Of Full Design Documentation To The Ordering Party Along With A Final/Final Decision On The Permit To Implement The Zrid Road Investment Or A Final/Final Decision On A Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works With A Certificate Of No Objection.
