The Assignment Concerns The Performance Of Engineering And Consultancy Services For The Preparation And Development Of The A13 Bicycle Coduct. The Work Includes Reassessing The Schedule Of Requirements And The Project Preconditions, Developing The Preliminary Design And The Required Research And Advice. The Initial Assignment Includes Phases 1 And 2. The Follow-Up Phases For The Final Design, The Contract And Tender Documents And The Supervision Of The Tender For The Realization Can Be Commissioned As Options. The Assignment Is Carried Out In Collaboration With The Municipalities Of Delft And Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijkswaterstaat And Other Relevant Stakeholders. The Contract Includes Engineering And Consultancy Services For The A13 Bicycle Coduct And Will Be Carried Out In Phases. The Initial Assignment Consists Of Phase 1 (Recalibration Of The Program Of Requirements And The Project Preconditions) And Phase 2 (Elaboration Of The Preliminary Design). In Addition, The Tender Includes Possible Follow-Up Phases: Phase 3 (Final Design), Phase 4 (Drafting Contract And Tender Documents) And Phase 5 (Supervision Of The Tender For Realization). The Assignment Includes Design And Consultancy Work, Technical And Specialist Studies, Cost Estimates, Risk Management, Permits And Coordination With Rijkswaterstaat And Other Stakeholders. The Scope Of The Work Is Further Detailed In The Tender Guidelines And The Associated Appendices. Only Phase 1 And Phase 2 Are Assigned At The Start. Commissioning For The Follow-Up Phases Is Optional And Dependent On Separate Decision-Making By The Clients.
