The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor To Provide The Necessary External Expert Team For The Implementation Of Organization And Management Activities, As Well As Certain Information, Communication, Publicity And Visibility Activities Related To The Implementation Of Activity 9 Construction And Equipment Of A New Integrated Health And Social Service For Residential Care For Adults With Permanent Disabilities In Need Of Permanent Medical Care In The City Of Vidin, Stroitel Quarter And Activity 10 Construction And Equipment Of A New Social Service In The Community For Residential Care For Persons Over Working Age (Without Disabilities And With The Possibility Of Self-Care) In The City Of Vidin, Stroitel Quarter, Implemented By The Municipality Of Vidin As A Partner Under Project No. Bg16ffpr003-2.004-0005, Financed Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027. The Selected Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Of Organization And Management, Including Planning, Coordination, Monitoring, Financial And Technical Reporting, Preparation Of Requests For Payment And Requests For Changes To The Project, Control Over The Implementation Of Contracts With External Contractors, Monitoring The Implementation Of Indicators, Communication With The Managing Authority And Other Interested Parties, As Well As Implementation Of The Specified Activities On Information, Communication, Publicity And Visibility According To The Subject And Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement.
