Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Water Treatment Plant In Baby, In The Design And Build Formula In The Town Of Baby, Moszczenica Commune, On Plots No. 67/1, 72/1, 72/2 And 72/4, District 0001 Baby, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Pfu.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Formal And Legal Activities, Design Studies, Construction And Installation Works And Technological As Well As Activities Related To The Commissioning (Start-Up Of The Wwtp Technology), Checking And Commissioning Of A Complete, Efficient And Functional Water Treatment Plant Together With The Necessary Technical And Technological Infrastructure And Land Development, Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Warranty Inspections Throughout The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order. 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Functional, Technological, Material And Workmanship Requirements Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Update Of The Functional And Utility Program For The Water Treatment Plant In Baby - Design And Build, Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu, Constituting An Annex To The Procedure Documentation. The Description Of The Works Presented In The Fup Is Not Exhaustive And May Not Indicate All The Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Which Does Not Affect The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Price.4) The Description Of The Existing Condition, Existing Infrastructure, Technological Equipment And Implementation Conditions Is Included In The Ffu, In Particular The Part Regarding The Current Conditions For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: - This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz And In Accordance With The Annex No. 8 To Swz; Pfu; Documentation Of The Procedure Along With Its Explanations And Changes; Concluded Contract; Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor; Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; Requirements Of Competent Authorities, Network Operators And Other Entities Whose Arrangements Or Decisions Are Required For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment.6) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As A Comprehensive Service, The Aim Of Which Is To Obtain A Complete, A Functional, Safe And Usable Facility With All Necessary Infrastructure, Installations, Devices And Equipment, Regardless Of Whether Individual Activities, Works Or Elements Have Been Indicated Separately In This Opz, Taking Into Account Installation Commissioning.7) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solu
