Tenders are invited for Ba/Annoor Muslim Vidyalaya - Construction of Safety Side Wall Refundable Bid Security (Rs.): 45,500.00 Bid Document Fee (Rs.): 3000 04. Bid Documents-Interested bidders may obtain bid documents relevant to the works from the Office of the Uva Provincial Department of Buildings and Offices of the Regional Engineers (Buildings) of Badulla, Bandarawela, Monaragala, Wellawaya and Bibile of the Uva Provincial Department of Buildings upon payment of the bid document fee mentioned in the table above. The bid documents may be inspected free of charge in those offices. 05. Issue of Procurement Forms: Between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 05.10.2026 until 26.10.2026. 06. Receiving of Bids-Before 10.00 a.m. on 28.10.2026 at the Office of the Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services). 07. Opening of Bids-At 10.30 a.m. on 28.10.2026 at the Meeting Hall of the Provincial Department of Buildings. 08. Pre-bid Meeting-At 10.00 a.m. on 19.10.2026 at the Auditorium of the Provincial Department of Buildings. 09.For the works with a civil work value of Rs. 05 million or above, bidders should register under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 and the relevant certificate or documentary proof should be submitted with the bid. Bids without the relevant certificate or documentary proof may be rejected. 10. Bid Security: The bid security mentioned above should be paid either by cash to the relevant office and the receipt obtained or submitted only by an Unconditional and On Demand bank guarantee issued by a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
