The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Article 95 Section 1 Of The Pzp Informs That The Scope Of The Investor Supervision Service Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, And Therefore Does Not Specify Additional Requirements Related To The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law 4.
