Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Power Generating Sets 3. SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS. Interested companies are to submit two (2) bound copies of EOI documents as applicable, separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Office of the Chief Registrar, Court of Appeal, Nigeria and clearly marked with the Project Name & Lot Number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated Tender Box at the Tenders Secretariat Room 017 court Complex, Abuja not later than Monday, 5th October, 2026. 4. OPENING OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DOCUMENTS The EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission on Monday, 5th October, 2026 by 12.noon. at the Court of Appeal Training Hall Behind the Fire Bay, Court complex, Abuja in the presence of observers, bidders or their representatives.
