The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Delivery, Installation And Warranty Service Of An Ultrasound System For Oncology, Obstetrics And Gynecology For The Needs Of Sbagal Prof. Dr. Dimitar Stamatov-Varna Eood.The Procedure Under The Law On Public Procurement Is For The Delivery Of An Ultrasound Machine For The Needs Of Sbagal Prof. Dr. Dimitar Stamatov-Varna Eood, According To The Technical Specification And Conditions Of The Documentation For Participation. The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment Is Carried Out At The Place Designated For This Purpose By The Contracting Authority, In The Building Of Sbagal Prof. Dr. Dimitar Stamatov-Varna Eood In The City Of Varna, Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. No. 150. The Contractor Also Provides Training For The Contracting Authoritys Personnel To Work With The Apparatus.The Full Description Of The Subject Of The Order And, Accordingly, Of The Necessary Characteristics Of The Medical Device Is Provided In Detail In An Appendix To The Documentation Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, The Sample Of The Technical Offer (Proposal For Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 2) And Price Offer (Price Proposal) - Appendix No. 3. All Costs - For The Delivery Of The Medical Equipment To The Contracting Authoritys Site, Installation, Commissioning, Training For Work, Warranty Maintenance, Which Also Includes The Inserted Spare Parts, Labor, Transport And Prevention During The Warranty Period, As Well As Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period And Warranty Support For The Delivered Equipment, Not Less Than 12 /Twelve/ Months. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty Period For The Medical Equipment And Its Warranty Maintenance, Which Includes Labor, Spare Parts, Consumables, Transport And Prevention From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Putting The Equipment Into Operation And Conducting Training For The Personnel Who Will Work With The Latter. Participants Must Have The Necessary Personnel, Including Service Specialists, To Fulfill The Order. They Should Guarantee Time For A Service Specialist To Visit The Site, In The Event Of A Malfunction Of The Equipment, Within A Period Of No Later Than 2 (Two) Calendar Days From Receipt Of A Request For Service By The Contracting Authority, And In Case Of Urgency - No More Than 6 Hours, Counted From The Date Of Notification Of The Damage That Has Occurred. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remedy The Malfunction Within 48 (Forty-Eight) Hours From The Moment Of Notification By The Employer. If A Longer Period Of Time Is Required To Remedy The Damage, It Must Be Determined By A Bilateral Protocol, Which Indicates The Objective Reasons For This. The Financing Of This Public Procurement Is Provided By Earmarked Funds From The Budget Of The Municipality Of Varna.On The Basis Of Art. 114 Of The Zop, Sbagal Prof. Dr. Dimitar Stamatov-Varna Eood Will Enter Into A Conditional Contract With The Participant Selected As The Executor, In View Of The Fact That There Are No Secured Funds, And It Is Envisaged That They Will Be Secured After The Procedure.
