1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Audiovisual Equipment For Classes With Students, To One Of Three Educational Institutions As Part Of The Project General School For Workshop - Support For General Education At Zsb No. 1, Zsm And Xx Secondary School In Poznań Co-Financed By The European Union, Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Of High Quality, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties.4) The Supplied Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions Applicable To A Given Type Of Product, In Particular In Terms Of Safety Of Use. Products Subject To Mandatory Ce Marking Must Have The Required Ce Marking And Meet The Relevant Requirements Of The European Union.5) It Is Required To Provide A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period (Or Longer, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer). Delivered Equipment, Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Door To Door Option (All Costs Of Warranty Service Will Be Covered By The Contractor), With The Time For Removing The Fault By The Service Specified As A Maximum Of 10 Business Days From The Moment Of Reporting The Fault.
