Supply and Installation of W beam galvanized steel Guard Rail for the Access Road Project Green Industrial Zone at Millaniya, Batagoda, Galpatha The Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd now Invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for above supply as described below. Location of Project: Proposed Access Road Project, Green Industrial Zone Millaniya, Batagoda, Galpatha The Construction period is 25 days Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. In order to be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been blacklisted. Foreign bidders are not allowed for the above contract. Interested bidders may obtain further technical information from Mr. Sanjaya, 071 149 4026 and Inspect the bidding documents at COE(Wp2/Rathnapura) Office, New Town, Rathnapura from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during normal working hours from 25.08.2026 until 08.09.2026. Bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the account, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, Rathnapura from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00. The method of payment shall be cash payment. Only one set of document will be issued for one bidder. The Pre-bid meeting will be held on 03.09.2026 at 10.30 hrs in Access Road Project Green Industrial Zone at Millaniya, Batagoda, Galpatha. Bid shall be valid 91 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids Shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 150,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date of closing of bids. Bids shall be addressed to the Chief Operation Engineer (13/R), Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, New Town, Rathnapura, and deposit in the Tender Box Provided at the above address at or before 14.00 hrs on 03.09.2026.
