1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As An Investors Supervision Contractor, Consisting In The Provision Of Services Related To Management, Control, Supervision And Settlement Of Construction Works In The Investment Task Titled Design And Construction Of A Care And Residential Center In Gdańsk At Ul. Węsierska On Plot 478/5. The Investor Supervision Contractor Acts On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party As Its Representative, To The Extent Consistent With The Swz And The Contract. The Contractor Of Investor Supervision Is Obliged To Take Actions Aimed At Securing The Rights And Interests Of The Ordering Party. The Investors Supervision Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Any Damage Caused As A Result Of Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of Activities Covered By The Swz And The Contract. The Contractor Should Provide Constant Investment Support In The Form Of: Contractors Representative, Supervision Inspector In The Construction Industry, Supervision Inspector In The Sanitary Industry, Supervision Inspector In The Electrical Industry. If It Is Necessary To Employ Additional People To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will Hire Them At Its Own Expense. 2. Detailed Conditions For The Execution Of The Order, Including The Contractors Rights And Obligations, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz) And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of Work Of The Investment Contractor Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz). Note: The Contractor Will Use The Functional And Utility Program Only For The Purposes Of This Order. 3. On-Site Visit: The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Partys. All Documents Necessary To Prepare The Offer Have Been Placed On The Website Of The Procedure.
