Provision Of Professional Engineering Services For The Inspection, Supervision And Contract Administration Of The Supply And Installation Of Approximately 3,705 M² Of Third-Generation (4G) Synthetic Sports Surface At Ballina Stephenites Gaa Club, Ballina, County Mayo. The Appointed Engineer Will Provide Technical Oversight Of The Works, Including Review Of The Contractor’S Proposed Synthetic Turf System And Technical Documentation, Inspection Of The Prepared Surface Prior To Installation, Periodic Site Inspections During Installation, Monitoring Of Workmanship And Compliance With The Contract Specification, Inspection Of The Completed Works, Preparation Of Any Defects Or Snagging Lists, Review Of Warranties And Completion Documentation, Assessment Of Payment Claims And Certification Of Practical Completion. The Engineer Will Also Provide A Final Report Confirming, Based On The Inspections Undertaken, That The Works Have Been Completed Generally In Accordance With The Contract Documents And Specification. The Synthetic Surface Installation Itself Will Be Procured Under A Separate Works Contract. This Appointment Relates Solely To The Professional Engineering Inspection, Supervision, Certification And Associated Contract Administration Services.
