Television And Audio-Visual Equipment – ​​Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Audio-Visual System In The Ec1 Conference Room Łódź - City Of Culture. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of An Audiovisual System In Conference Room 2.S2.D2 (Room With An Area Of ​​Approx. 360 M², 30×12 M, With The Possibility Of Dividing It Into Three Parts With Movable Walls) And In The Technical Room 2.S2.6 In The Ec1 Wschód Building (Building S2). In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare And Agree On Pre-Implementation Arrangements With The Ordering Party, 2) Deliver, Install And Commission All Elements Of The Av System, 3) Perform Accompanying Installation Works (Cable Routes, Bushings, Post-Work Completions), 4) Dismantle The Existing Rack Cabinet, Organize The Cabling, Install A New Cabinet, Install Accessories; 5) Installation Of Acoustic Systems, 6) Integration Of The Av System With The Lighting System, 7) Configuration, Programming And Commissioning Of The Control System, 8) Delivery Of The License And Commissioning Of The Cms System For Operating The Digital Signage Display System, 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 10) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Employees, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Opz). 11) Integration Of New Systems With The Existing Infrastructure In Accordance With The Opz, 12) Provision Of Warranty And Maintenance Services For The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Opz And Ppu. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Full Interoperability And Compatibility Of The Supplied Av System With The Infrastructure Owned By The Ordering Party, Including The Microsoft 365 Lease (Teams Rooms Licenses On The Ordering Partys Side), The Dali Lighting System And The Wifi Access Points Provided By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation Of All Room Operating Configurations. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment, Devices And Other Elements Of Equipment Or Installation/Assembly Accessories Used Are The Same And In A Uniform Configuration In A Given Type Of Product Range, I.E. The Contractor Cannot Offer Mixed Solutions In A Given Type Of Product Range - These Products Must Come From One Manufacturer. In The Scope Of The Software Supplied Under The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase And Transfer Or Grant To The Ordering Party A License Or Sublicense On The Terms Specified By The Manufacturer, No Worse Than Those Required In The Opz, And The Licenses For The Control System And The Cms System For Operating The Digital Signage Display System Are Granted For An Indefinite Period. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order
