The Successful Tenderer Will Have The Role Of Supervisor For All Works Related To The Realization Of The Investment Objective Emergency Clinic Childrens Hospital Cluj-Napoca, Respectively Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To The Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds, Approved By H.G. No. 1/2018 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Hereinafter Referred To As The Conditions Of Works Contracts. The Supervisor Has The Obligation To Perform Any Other Activity, Not Defined Below, Which Is Necessary And Implied As Arising, Directly Or Indirectly, From The Activities, Tasks, Obligations And Responsibilities Specified In This Terms Of Reference, In The Conditions Of The Service Contract And According To The Legislation In Force, So That The Investment Project Is Completed Within The Parameters Of Time, Cost And Quality Accepted By The Beneficiary.
