4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization And Renovation Of The Ol And Oc Warehouse In The Design And Build Formula.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Financed From The Funds Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For The Years 2025 - 2026 - Area 2: Logistical Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Located In Pobiedziska At Ul. Kiszkowska 2B, On Plots No. 118/1, 117/7 And 119/7, Map Sheet 22, Pobiedziska District. 4.3. Documents Containing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order• Functional And Utility Program (Ffu),• Specification Of Development Conditions.4.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Performance Of The Necessary Design Works, Including The Development Of Design Documentation Required For The Implementation Of The Investment; - Performance Of Construction Works; - Development Of The Area Around The Facility, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Constituting An Annex To Opz.4.5. The Investment Concerns An Existing Building. The Building Structure Is Made Of Reinforced Concrete And Was Designed To Carry Significant Operational Loads.4.6. The Facility Is Located In A Conservation Protection Zone. The Ordering Party Obtained Permit No. 95/A/2026 To Carry Out Construction Works On The Building Located Within The Conservation Protection Zone Of The Citys Urban Layout, Entered In The Register Of Monuments.4.7. The Ordering Party Applied For Permission For: A) Demolition Of The Existing Stairs And A Ramp Located On The Yard Side, B) Construction Of New Stairs And A Ramp.4.8. The Ordering Party Obtained The Technical Conditions For Connection To The Power Grid And The Technical Conditions For The Implementation Of The Water Supply Connection. These Documents Constitute Annexes To The Ffu.4.9. As Of The Date Of Preparation Of This Tor, The Procedure For Obtaining Technical Conditions For Connection To The Gas Network And Sanitary Sewage System Is Ongoing.4.10. The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Fup, Includes: - Development And Submission Of Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order (Installation Industry), - Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Developed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor As Well As Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, - Performing Authors Supervision.
