All Costs - For The Delivery Of The Medical Equipment To The Contracting Authority, Installation, Commissioning, Training For Work, Warranty Maintenance, Which Includes The Spare Parts Inserted In The Warranty Period And Prevention, As Well As Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Medical Equipment Should Be Delivered No Later Than 60 (Sixty) Calendar Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Term For Installation And Commissioning Is No More Than 30 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Delivery Of The Medical Equipment, Which Period Does Not Include The Time For The Administration Of The Dossier On The Commissioning Of The Apparatus By The Ncrrz And The Nuclear Regulatory Agency. The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment, Not Less Than 12 Months. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Putting The Equipment Into Operation. Participants Must Have The Necessary Personnel, Including Service Specialists, To Fulfill The Order. The Price Includes All The Costs Of Fulfilling The Full Volume Of The Order, Including The Preparation Of All The Necessary Documents (Projects, Measurement Protocols, Etc.) For Licensing The Equipment Before The Nuclear Regulatory Agency /Nra/.
