The Assignment Includes Further Development Of The Existing Sketch And Model Basis, Preliminary Project, Function And Performance Descriptions, Application For Framework Permit And Preparation Of Technical Tender Basis For Turnkey Contract According To Ns 8407. The Project Includes A New Youth School With An Integrated Cultural School, Rehabilitation Of The Childrens School And Associated Outdoor Area And Technical Infrastructure. The Contract Is Entered Into In Accordance With Ns 8401.
