The City Is Seeking Engineering Consulting Services To Evaluate Municipal Wastewater Preliminary Treatment And Odour Control Technologies, And To Develop A Conceptual Design For A New Headworks (Hw) Facility At The Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (Bbwwtp) To Accommodate Population Growth. This Project Anticipates The Following Phases:• Phase 1 Feasibility Study And Conceptual Design• Phase 2 Preliminary And Detailed Design• Phase 3 Construction Engineering Support And Post Construction Servicesunless Otherwise Stated In The Agreement Letter, The Award Under This Rfp Will Be For Phase 1 Of The Requirements, Subject To Approval By The City After Each Phase.
