M. Curie Skłodowska (Division No. 4193/1) Along With The Development Of Design Documentation In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Marshals Office Of The Masovian Voivodeship And The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism.2. Short Description Of The Investment Intention Due To The Large Potential Of The Area And The Lack Of Appropriate Sports Facilities At Public Primary School No. 6 In Sokołów Podlaski (Hereinafter Referred To As Primary School 6), A Decision Was Made To Implement An Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A New Multi-Functional Sports Field With Facilities. The Area Intended For The Investment Is Currently A Clay Football Pitch Located Next To The School Building At Ul. M.C. Skłodowska On Plot No. 4193/1, The Technical Condition Of Which, Especially Ponding Of Water Caused By The Lack Of Infrastructure To Drain Rain And Snowmelt Water, Prevents Full Use Of Its Potential. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With An Artificial Grass Surface, Dimensions 40.0 M X 20.0 M, Along With Cloakroom And Storage Facilities, Including A Cloakroom, Storage Room And A Toilet Adapted For Disabled People, And Also The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Marked: Pfu) Held By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Requirements For Both Design Works And The Execution Of Construction Works.3. Scope Of The Orderthe Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Building Permits (Or Submitting Effective Notifications) And Execution Of Construction Works, Including: 3.1 Preparation Of The Area For The Investment - Earthworks, 3.2 Construction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Field With Dimensions 40 M X 20 M With A Base Structure With An Artificial Grass Surface, With Equipment For Playing Football And Basketball For 3X3 Groups, Based On The Site Plan - Pfu Appendix And Conceptual Drawing, 3.3 Construction Of A Fence, 3.4 Construction Of Ball Catchers, 3.5 Construction Of Small Architecture (Bench, Waste Bin, Bicycle Racks), 3.6 Field Lighting, 3.7 Construction Hardening For The Container And Access To The Facility.3.8 Construction Of A Cloakroom, Sanitary And Storage Facility In The Form Of A Container With Equipment, 3.9 Connecting The Facility Building To The Water Supply And Sewage System, 3.10 Connecting The Facility Building To The Electrical Installation, 3.11 Connecting The Pitch Lighting Installation, 3.12 Other Elements Of Equipment And Landscaping Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility
