1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design And Construction Works Related To The Tourist And Cultural Development Of The Area Located In The Poprad Region In The Design And Build Formula, Under The Name Myślec - Haven Of Culture, Within The Scope And Conditions Described In The Terms Of Reference (Swz).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A. Preparation And Agreement With The Ordering Party Of Complete Design Documentation, Along With Obtaining The Legally Required Permits And Decisions Allowing The Implementation Of Works Covered By This Documentation. B. Performing All Construction Works - Including Accompanying Works - Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Making All Arrangements, Covering Costs And Fees Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Performing The Necessary Studies Required During The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular The Traffic Organization Design. C. Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation Allowing For The Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Works And Their Quality, As Well As Making An Effective Notification On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Of The Completion Of The Works Or Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Order, Depending On The Requirements Arising From The Relevant Regulations.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Construction Project Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
