Engineering Services – Aqueductus Offshore Engineering Services. To Meet Europes Future Energy Needs, Significant Investments In Hydrogen Infrastructure Are Essential. A Key Element Of This Initiative Is The Construction Of A Pan-European Hydrogen Pipeline Network In The North Sea, Which Will Connect The Main Hydrogen Producers With The Main Consumers Across The Continent. The Client Is Carrying Out The Development Of Aquaductus By Aquaductus Pipeline Gmbh, A Hydrogen Pipeline Project With A Transport Capacity Of 20 Gwh2. The Aquaductus Project Consists Of An Offshore Part In The German Exclusive Economic Zone Of The North Sea Including A Receiving Terminal On The Mainland. The Aquaductus Project Includes The Planning, Construction And Commissioning Of The Aquaductus Project Section 1 (Offshore) Including An Offshore Platform Within The Exclusive Economic Zone In The Sen-1 Area (Alternatively A Subsea Infrastructure), A Coastal Crossing And A Short Onshore Section To The Receiving Terminal, Which Includes The Newt Lock Area. In Addition To Section 1, There Is A Possible Provision Of Services From Aquaductus Project Section 2 (Offshore), Which Would Include The Collection Infrastructure At The End Of The German Exclusive Economic Zone, The Offshore Pipeline And Any Additional Equipment Required To Connect To Section 1 In The Sen-1 Area. Against This Background, Offshore Engineering Services Are To Be Commissioned With This Award Procedure. The Services Include, For Example, The Review And Evaluation Of The Documents Created By Contractors Commissioned By The Client (Epc-I Or Planning Companies) And Various Other Offshore Consulting Services And The Advice And Evaluation Of Project-Specific Issues Relating To The Aquaductus Project. A Framework Agreement (Framework Agreement) Should Be Concluded. The Services Required If Necessary Are Ordered Through Individual Orders (Call Orders). These Then Determine The Specific Scope Of Work And The Respective Completion Date. This Framework Agreement Includes One Option: Project Section 1 (Aquaductus Section 1) Should Be Commissioned First. Project Section 2 (Offshore) (Aquaductus Section 2 Offshore) Is Included In The Framework Agreement As An Optional Procurement Item. The Maximum Purchase Quantity For Project Section 1 Is: - Number Of Hours: Grade 7: 27,300 Hours, Grade 6: 17,500 Hours, Grade 2: 6,000 Hours - Number Of Trips With Travel Allowance Billing: Grade 7: 270, Grade 6: 180, Grade 2: 1 - Number Of Trips With Overnight Accommodation Allowance: All Grade 2,250 - Number Of Offshore Allowance: All Grade 500 The Maximum Purchase Quantity For The Optional Project Section 2 Is: - Number Of Hours: Grade 7: 13,650 Hours, Grade 6: 8,750 Hours, Grade 2: 3,000 Hours - Number Of Trips Billed According To A Travel Allowance: Grade 7: 135
